High level job accountabilities include:Building your own practice of new clients through appropriate business development activities sourced from within your ever-growing networkBuilding and maintaining relationships with lawyers, accountants, and other centres-of-influence, including independent financial advisors as referral partnersMaintaining client relationships throughout varying market and performance conditions by providing clients with proactive and exceptional serviceEstablishing immediate credibility with successful, sophisticated high net worth clients when guiding asset allocation, asset class understanding, wealth planning, and other financial advisory conversationsAbout YouThe ideal candidate will be a successful sales person with strong industry experience interested in using their existing network to establish a practice at CC&L Private Capital.

They will pursue business development activities directly with high net worth individuals and not-for-profits, or by way of independent investment advisors.Key attributes will be:An aptitude for business development, sales and an entrepreneurial spiritExcellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and a high level of integrityNatural relationship building and networking skillsGreat communicator with excellent presentation abilitiesAn interest to build an asset with unlimited upside with significant autonomyFive to ten years’ related industry experienceUndergraduate degree; CIM or CFA (Level 1) requiredCC&L is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
