Role Mandate:

The Analyst is a point of contact for Stores and Operations teams on master data related issues. This role is responsible for investigation and resolution of notifications (data issues) identified by stores and/or operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Fluency with data comprehension for SAP
  • Build and/or run Python programs to create reports/dashboards for teams
  • Data research to support decision makings or operations, leveraging Python/SQL/SAP/Excel
  • Extract and analyze requests submitted from stores in SAP
  • Provide weekly report to update stakeholders
  • Provide timely and accurate resolution of scanning and procurement issues
  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with Category Management to ensure timely resolution of all notification issues
  • Monitor team mailbox and provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely issue resolution
  • Identify process gaps, opportunities for process improvement, and steps for resolution

What you Bring:

  • Post-secondary education Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of company systems including but not exclusive to SAP relating to master data, maintenance T-Codes, and MicroStrategy
  • SQL, Python, or Power Apps knowledge would be an asset

  • Excellent teammate with good interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate
  • Strong communication skills
