The Senior Director, Promotions & Analytics, Market Division is accountable for leading the team to execute on all promotional activities including, flyer, customer-event and customer-program construct. The Senior Director Promotions & Analytics, Market division will be accountable for building a promotional plan to maximize sales and margin through advanced analytics on pricing and category management. The role will be responsible for managing and developing a team of technical analysts to build promotional models to improve sales, margin, and inventory results. The role will be responsible for being a forward thinker in the promotional space on how to continue to implement advanced analytical tools to improve the P&L results. Track record for maintaining high standards for the team and creating a great culture to want to improve results
This role influences, recommends, edits, and implements programs and events designed to increase sales, traffic, tonnage, and awareness for the banner’s brand and meet required targets based in critical analyses. They collaborate with several internal teams in promotion-related sales efforts, including but not limited to, merchandising, marketing, loyalty, supply chain and operations.
The Senior Director creates and maintains all program related documents, demonstrates thoughtful leadership, challenges the status quo, simplifies processes, and uses data to drive decision making.
