Customer Service Representative

Under the responsibility of the Customer Service Coordinator, the position holder follows up on all customers’ requests.

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

• Effectively communicates with customers & colleagues in a professional manner
• Demonstrates ability to process high volume customer orders in a time sensitive environment.
• Confirms orders with customers and follows up to ensure accuracy in delivery dates according to daily Production Planning reports and relevant meeting
• Communicates with Purchasing Manager regarding customer special product requests or specifications for an estimated time of delivery
• Works in cooperation with the Shipping department in order to expedite our customer truckload deliveries and pick ups
• Matches the purchases orders, the bills of lading and the invoices for subsequent filing
• Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
• Any other tasks as require

• HSD and 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good written and spoken French and English
• Good mathematical abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Knowledge of AS400 and/or other inventory operating system, an asset
