This is a 24-hour call center position – Onsite.  Hours vary from 8 am to 10 pm – must be flexible to hours. There are scheduled shifts.

 

How you will do it:

  • Monthly/weekly Reporting of Service Tickets for local customers.
  • Assist Service Manager and Service Team leaders coordinating Service department tasks
  • Create POs to vendors to purchase parts needed for service tickets, and for local stock.
  • Work with the Installation Teams on handing over process for completed projects.
  •  Collect and Analysis data from Service tickets to measure the efficiency and improve the quality of our services.  
  • Follow up with the customers and collect their feedback.
  • Gathering all necessary information for final close out documents.
  • Perform administrative functions including, but not limited to, answering phones, correspondence with customers, filing and other duties.
What we look for:

Required

  • College Diploma preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus one to two years of related work experience, preferably within a service / sales, or technical work environment.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
  • Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence. Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
  • Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principals is desired.
  • Must have proficient computer skills within the following applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, ACCESS, Desktop Publishing and Internet business application usage.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Availability to work any shift is required.
