Position at Dynacare

Dynacare Insurance Solutions is looking for 6-month contract Full-Time Telephone Interviewers to join their team.

This role is 100% remote, paid training.

Working hours:

Training will run from Monday – Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am – 9:00 pm for the first 2-3 weeks. Flexibility is required.

Schedule shift will be Tuesday – Friday 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Job Description:
The Tele-Interviewer will be calling insurance applicants to complete lifestyle and medical history questionnaires on behalf of Insurance companies. This is a call center role requiring excellent customer service. This is a full-time role with various shifts available.


  • Conduct detailed questionnaires over the phone with clients of insurance providers.
  • Provide excellent customer service exhibiting professionalism, empathy, and politeness.

Must have:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Technical skills – demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level
  • 60wpm typing speed with accuracy
  • Great telephone manner and ability to speak and document simultaneously.
  • High level of interpersonal skills required to succeed in a collaborative working environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize in a results-driven and time-sensitive function
  • Demonstrated Customer Centric approach and puts the customer first on all decisions
  • Proven problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g. Health Sciences) or work experience in a similar field is an asset
  • Other languages (other than English) an asset
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology an asset
  • Experience in a medical work environment an asset
