**THIS ROLE CAN BE LOCATED IN EITHER QUEBEC OR ONTARIO**
As the lead facilitator of our enterprise Leadership Development offerings, this role is responsible for the facilitation of workshops at all levels of the organization. This position will use best-practice instructional design techniques and adult learning principles to deliver both on-site and virtual learning. The facilitator will ensure that they create an environment that is conducive to learning and that learners are engaged in the learning process. They will optimize opportunities for learners to interact with other participants and practice skills that they learn during the session. The facilitator will ensure that the defined learning objective are met. They must represent Loblaw’s core values and demonstrate its leadership behaviours. This role will also be required to customize learning assets to align with specific business needs as well as update learning assets to incorporate feedback from previous deliveries to improve content and design. The facilitator will also occasionally be required to design and develop leadership content.
