Job Overview:
Are you passionate about competition law and compliance management? Are you knowledgeable about leading an outstanding compliance program, risk and control fundamentals and changing processes and culture to effect desired change?

Reporting to the Senior Vice-President, Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, and leading a team of two Compliance Managers, this role will work closely with key partners throughout the business to manage and continuously improve the Competition Law Compliance Program (the “Program”) for Loblaw Companies Limited and its affiliates/subsidiaries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work closely with key partners throughout the business and the Legal Department to implement, operationalize and maintain the Competition Law Compliance Program, and help to ensure colleagues know and understand the competition law risks that effect their role and the policies and procedures in place to handle those risks.
