What you’ll do:

Working with the Senior Manager, in this role, you will collaborate with a wide range of business teams, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operation support, which includes (but is not limited to)

  • Managing day-to-day workload of Analyst, Data Operations, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met
  • Ensuring that category assignments are equitable and can be managed accordingly by Analysts
  • Assisting the team in troubleshooting basic data errors identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct regular 1X1's with direct reports to ensure alignment of priorities and strategic objectives are met
  • Coach colleagues to drive engagement through career development, assisting in building relationships and developing their skill set
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert or liaison for their specific area of the business relating to Article Master Data providing insights and recommendations
  • Provide coaching and knowledge transfer with various partner organizations including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Procurement and Space Planning
  • Ensure new learnings are kept relevant and encouraging their implementation to improve process, knowledge or efficiencies
  • Lead the Data Analyst hiring, onboarding, including interviewing, colleague selection, and all aspects of training
  • Proactively establish relationships with internal/external partners
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed by providing backup to the Sr. Manager as required

What you bring:

  • Post-secondary education or proven experience in a leadership role
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment
  • 5+ years of experience dealing with Article Master Data
  • Ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities and objectives, while adhering to strict timelines and maintaining a positive demeanor
  • Critical thinking ability, analytical mindset and professional judgement
  • Professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality
  • Can work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills & the ability to work at all levels of an organization
