About the Project:

We’re building a relationship-oriented skills cloud for the modern world. We currently use a hybrid model approach, a combination of a job posting with elements of job descriptions, which does not allow us to fully leverage benefits of having two separate templates and the advantages of each. As we continue our Talent Ecosystem journey to implement leading-edge Workday features to enable enterprise skills inventory and internal marketplaces we want to ensure our current job descriptions/postings have consistent language and are housed in a central spot. While we see value in updating both our job posting and job descriptions, we want to start with job posting improvements which include; template, consistent inclusive language, updated skills and centralized storage for easy access.

What You’ll Do:

  • ensure the company’s current job descriptions/postings have consistent language and our housed in a central spot.
  • support the enterprise Skills Cloud, Talent Marketplace and Career Hub implementation strategy that will enable a machine learning driven solution that provides a personalized talent experience.
  • Deliver a more personalized talent experience surrounding targeted learning assignments and development through eliminating inconsistencies in job posting language.
  • Partner with talent Centre of Excellence teams and HR Digitization Process and Technology teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries inquiries regarding the talent ecosystem functions. 
  • Ensure our culture, values, diversity, equity and inclusion are incorporated into the strategy.
  • support leaders in building employee capabilities and enabling team performance and skills.
  • Working with your HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) partners, develop integrated talent strategies and solutions to support the business in acquiring, developing and retaining the best talent to meet current and future business needs and help them in tackling their top talent priorities.
  • Support leaders in building employee capabilities and enabling team performance.
  • Responsibly collect and manage skills data, analyze the data to collect insights that advise strategies and decisions, and report on our progress.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to perform under self-direction
  • University degree in HR or HR-related disciplines
  • Strong communication skills, including writing and story-telling, PowerPoint design, and developing impactful updates and proposals to senior leaders
  • Experience with Workday HRIS preferred
  • Demonstrated competence to deliver in fast paced organizations
  • Strong project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with talent acquisition and an understanding of the talent market
  • Able to identify and implement practical procedures of systems which are complex. Organizing skills are needed.
