Senior Manager, Insights & Engagement – People Analytics, Brampton, ON
The Senior Manager, Insights & Engagement – People Analytics will indirectly lead a cross-functional team tasked with delivering insights for HR and their business partners across the enterprise. People Analytics is the practice of analyzing workforce and organizational data into practical insights that improve the way you do business. The successful candidate will engage, collaborate and influence HR COE leads, HR Business Partners and Senior Leadership to deliver analysis and insights that drives action or supports decision-making.
What You’ll Do
Proactively provide insights to business challenges and highlight new opportunities through people analytics
Lead engagement with business partners and translate business challenge to analytics team and also, translate analytics results to business context
Leverage other COE expertise in advanced analytics, data science, and customer research to address the highest priority business challenges
Champion the use of workforce data in our decision making
Maintain compliance and best practices in workforce analysis and application
Communicates effectively across different forums amongst different audiences verbally and in writing (e.g. formal presentations, one-on-one meetings, in front of large audiences, with business leaders)
What you Bring
Strong team player and ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships
Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong business acumen and collaboration skills
Proven ability to develop short and long-term plans in line with strategic initiatives
A strong understanding of the competitive landscape to recognize and capitalize on opportunities
Ability to gather and synthesize competitor and market insight and information
An effective change agent who possesses the influencing skills needed to help the organization adopt new ways of thinking and to embrace more sophisticated business tools
Ability to balance multiple projects
Working knowledge of SQL, Python is an asset
Previous HR or People Analytics experience an asset
