Senior Product Analyst, Loblaw Head Office, Brampton

In this role, you will work with your Product team and other Loblaw Technology teams, to support the Supply Chain, Order & Inventory Management technology team.

As a valued colleague within the Supply Chain Team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and support the successful delivery of strategic projects that impact our business partners and customers.

*Return to Office*:

As of March 2022 Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 2 days a week, while spending the other 3 days in the office.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner/Business Partner to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform/application objectives as a suite of stories and/or specifications.
  • Support Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization in partnership with multiple team members and partners across various business units/technology teams.
  • Act as a leader for continuous improvement; Be the central point of contact for business knowledge for your product team members; work with the team(s) to identify risks, issues, roadblock and recommend creative solutions for mitigation; prioritize defects and support resolution as required; provide technical support, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)testing; support coordinating the implementation of deployments.
  • Exhibit flexibility and willingness to seek new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.

What You Bring

  • Passionate about the success of the Team and Technology Service for our Business partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by being organized and driven
  • A natural communicator, engages peers/audience in discussions, communicating recommendations, insights and facilitating large workshops and meetings across multiple partner groups.
  • Experience with SAP Applications, JIRA, Confluence, cloud and/or hybrid solutions. Knowledge of programming concept, REST API, coding in Python, JavaScript and IIBA Certification are assets
