The Strategic Insights Analyst Co-op would be part of the customer Centre of Excellence team that has a mandate to know our customers better than anyone, and to create a customer centric culture within Loblaw Companies Limited. Our mission is to guide and inform the company on how to design and build high quality human centered experiences.
The Analyst would support the Customer Centre of Excellence team through strategic insight projects and initiatives. With guidance, the Analyst will support the Strategic Insights team through all aspects of project development and execution, assisting with the day-to-day of strategic initiatives and research projects. The winning candidate will work on a diverse range of projects that are reflective of the products and services that Loblaws offers its customers.
