Technical Lead, Endpoint Management, Brampton, ON

In this role, you will work with self-motivated and well-respected team members, driving solutions in the Endpoint Management platform, which is Workspace One. You will be responsible for all system administrative functions within the platform.

What You Will Do:

  • Primary system administrator who fully understands the comprehensive and technical information about the Workspace One platform. Support requests, address issues with vendor, proactively maintain the platform
  • Build and maintain process and user documentation, reports and presentations
  • Own the planning, testing, tuning configuration, and setup of Workspace One architecture
  • Serve as point of escalation with technical support staff, vendors, and the project sponsors
  • Provide 3rd level support and work with external vendor on issues as required
  • Resolve support tickets, handle operational issues, and questions to provide mentorship to the other teams to solve issues in a prompt and efficient manner as required
  • Ability to develop and work within established processes
  • Work as a technical resource to develop solutions on assigned projects. Capture requirements for new initiative, implement the required configuration to new devices in both Corporate/DC and Retail spaces and provides sound operational advice
  • Optimally maintain relationships with multiple technology vendors and communicates with clarity

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated success as a system administrator in Workspace One platform
  • Experience supporting iOS, Android, Windows 10, MacOS and leading end to end solutions, which could include strategy, design, development, testing and training
  • Analytical, problem solving and training skills, combined with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, are needed
  • Excellent time management, prioritization skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of mobile development processes, network infrastructure, technology operations and industry standard methodologies
  • Ability to work well with people including project collaborators and project team members and to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Experience in implementing automation using Workspace One APIs and PowerShell scripts
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Work, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow using various support modules
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune platform is an asset
