So, what will you do?

  • Collaborate with technology teams and innovative projects support retail, digital consumer solutions and analytical platforms. 
  • Work with support teams to develop reports and dashboards from various data streams
  • Work with multiple business and technology teams to integrate existing systems.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and document process improvement opportunities, create action plans to effectively groom and deliver outcomes.
  • Support in project efforts by coordinating project activities, create and manage project schedules and deliverables, gathering status updates, and coordinate follow-up as vital to support project deliverables.
  • Analyze business requirements, perform data analysis of business requirements, and build design documents using standard templates.
  • Build and support tools to automatically file content.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong documentation, organization and project management skills
  • Proven track record of teamwork, initiative and ownership to drive processes and solve problems
  • Ability to learn in a quick paced environment and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong technical familiarity with all Microsoft Office programs
  • Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering or a related degree
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Python or Java & SQL would be an asset
  • Experience using SQL in support of data curation and validation.
  • Exceptional computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Understanding of Cloud Platform environments and Cloud assets is key to the success of the role.. Experience working with Jira, Confluence, PowerBI and Flexera is an asset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong collaboration skills that will help drive teams to reach project delivery date on time.
