What you’ll be doing

  • Working with the project team to execute assigned tasks according to the timelines established for the given project/activity
  • Provide subject matter expertise to diagnose and remedy issues that are escalated by Clients, client stakeholders and/or other members of the service delivery team
  • Handle multiple assignments, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines
  • Assist with executing project scope and implementing workflow solutions for our clients while ensuring client satisfaction during the entire process
  • Participate in training to maintain proficiency in your field
  • Achieve and/or renew relevant certifications as required
  • Professional correspondence (written and verbal) with project stakeholders, vendors and clients
  • Be an escalation point for the Service Desk and other Consulting teams for incidents/requests, including on-call rotations for after-hours Infrastructure support
  • Professionally document all work performed and submit accurate timesheets daily
  • Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of client’s environment and supporting material that ensures consistent quality remote support by any member of the Service Delivery Team.
  • Maintain an agile mindset with constant focus on delivering the right solution for the client
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with other teams in the organization
  • Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management in relation to area of expertise

 Who you bring to the table:

  • Implementation experience with Microsoft Technology deployments
  • Microsoft server infrastructure
  • Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019
  • University Degree and/or related Technical Diplomas are strongly encouraged
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (2012/2016)
  • Active Directory, Authentication, SSO & Identity Management
  • Collaboration and Messaging
