Digital Project Management Coordinator

Our client, Canada’s oldest and largest retailer, is hiring a Digital Project Management Coordinator for their head office in Brampton.

The Digital Project Management Coordinator supports the Digital Project Manager and is the key day-to-day support contact for projects.

The DPMC will focus on all processes relating to editorial, mobile, site, e-mail process and the ap.

The DPMC is responsible for collaborating with many broad teams including the Marketing directors and their teams, site team, digital team and marketing operations to name a few.

On a project by project basis, the DPMC will be responsible for preparing initial project documentation, collecting and managing all content as well as coordinating reviews, revisions, and approval cycles through project launch.

Responsiblities: Prepare and coordinate all documents required for weekly hand off meetings Coordinate, set up all meetings relating to all digital processes and hand offs Manage the weekly/monthly project calendar Coordinate and manage any “wall walk” presentations Ensure all files are complete and passed off to production as per existing processes Coordination and support to the marketing directors for all issues relating to process Advantages up to $28/hr Located in Brampton 3 month contract with long term potential Work for a household name Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience working in the project management field Experience in marketing (ideally retail marketing) is preferred Strong understanding of the marketing function Strong analytical skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to learn corporate technology systems quickly and thoroughly Excellent multi-tasking/time management skills Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards multiple assignments Lindsay Phone Number: 416.861.9888 Fax Number: 416.861.8727 Randstad Professionals Canada Randstad Canada is committed to building a diverse workforce reflective of the diversity of Canada.
