Marketing AdministratorBusiness Development GroupMississauga, ONToday is the day to boost your career Pinchin is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our Business Development group in our Mississauga Office.Reporting to the Manager of Regional Marketing, the Marketing Administrator is responsible for the coordination and delivery of Pinchin’s marketing, and client development activities.A Day in the life of a Marketing Administrator at Pinchin:Inbound Opportunity support (1-855, web, and tenders)BD event registrationAssociation renewals & event identificationAssist with National Corporate BD programs and campaignsMaintain all Marketing collateralAssist with presentation updatesMarket researchAssist with proposal responsesContribute to the creation and management of proposal content and other supporting materialsOther administrative tasks as required including credit card reconciliation, business card coordination, employee recognition programWhat you bring to the Pinchin team:Business Administration or Marketing Degree or Diploma, or equivalentPrevious work experience in a marketing or related role is preferredStrong communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation)Excellent organization skills, accuracy and attention to detailAble to multi-task and work collaboratively with othersProficiency with Microsoft Office Products and internet platforms; specifically including Excel, advanced Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookPrevious work experience with SharePoint would be considered an assetUnderstanding of the environmental or engineering consulting industry would be considered an assetWhat’s in it for you:Of course, we offer competitive salaries and great benefits, but what makes Pinchin stand out from the crowd?
