Further information is available at to the Team Lead, FMS, the Service Delivery Coordinator FLS/Compliance supports the CSD and the Bell account by processing generator reports and corrective maintenance work order management.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESReport/Work Order ManagementManage Preventive Maintenance (PM) Inspection Reports.Create and management of Corrective Maintenance (CM) work orders (WOs).Ensure supporting documentation is provided and attached to CM WOs and dispatched according to processes.Cooperate/collaborate with Facility Managers (FMs), technicians, and vendors to clarify and eliminate discrepancies.Prepare weekly/monthly vendor summaries pertaining to work order performance and inspection reporting performance.InnovationAdvise management team of issues, concerns or noncompliance to standards.Review internal and external reports.Identify opportunities for possible efficiency and/or simplification of processes.Data IntegrityAdhere to BGIS processes and client account processes/standards.Communication/ trainingDeliver ad hoc training sessions to FMs/techs and vendors on the processes and naming convention(s).Memorable Customer ExperiencesEstablish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal departments, client accounts and service providers.Other TasksOccasionally other tasks and responsibilities will be required on an ad hoc basis.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSKnowledge of Real Suite and other BGIS applications.Strong customer-oriented skills.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others for the purpose of data exchange, clarification and follow up.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and Adobe.

(1 to 3 years (or more) working with software programs and the affinity to learn additional software tools)Thorough knowledge of facilities management.

(6 months to 3 years (or more) working with facilities management and/or transferrable field (eg: lease management etc)Knowledge of generators & their reporting; in addition to general HSE reporting and auditing 6 months to 3 years (or more) working HSE reporting and compliance and auditing role.Strong working knowledge of Real Suite.

(6 months to 3 years (or more) working with BGIS and client accounts using Real Suite)Working knowledge of the Bell Client Account.
