IFDS Canada, Ireland, and Luxembourg are 50/50 joint ventures between Boston-based State Street Corporation, one of the world’s leading providers of financial services to institutional investors, and Connecticut-based SS&C Technologies, a global provider of investment and financial software-enabled services and software for the global financial services and healthcare industries.Job overviewThe incumbent directly manages the day-to-day customer service delivery model and execute trade instructions for assigned clients while focusing on building and fostering positive client relationships, meeting our service level agreements and liaise with our client teams in Europe and Asia.If you want to be part of a culture that values and fosters team unity, builds rapport with our clients and works closely with our fellow business partners then consider working at IFDS.What you will doAble to execute all steps of the processing lifecycle, comprising of all work types from medium to high complexity (high dollar transactions; simple and complex work types)Manage multiple client inbound/outbound calls and emails, provide resolution to brokers pertaining to account and fund information, issue resolution trade details and review/signoff of reportsParticipate in special projects as assignedAble to provide support on Settlement and ReconciliationAble to manage multiple currency fund and banking cut off’sAble to execute work across multiple Fund Jurisdictions rules and regulationsEnsure completion and delivery of client reporting as specified in the policies and procedure and in accordance with the established cut-offs and SLAs for each clientIdentify and recommend process improvementsAbility to travelServicing multiple clients and able to multiple task in a fast pace environmentKnowledge of GDPR, FATCA and CRSExecute tasks relating to project, client onboarding’s, and conversionsActively manages and executes Pricing, Cycle Processing and ReconciliationReconcile dividend transactions, distributions and payments in accordance to client specific proceduresInteract with Operations groups, State Street Bank and other custodian banks, as well as clients, broker/dealers to exchange information and resolve problemsAnalyze reports to capture exceptions; researches and resolves issues and open itemsExecute and complete NAV and distribution rate upload or entry for the International clients within the pre-defined client cut-off/scheduleRun, monitor, and accurately complete Cycle Processing for the International clients within the pre-defined client SLA and scheduleMust be able to adapt to handling multiple critical activities, special, and unique processesWhat we requirePost-secondary education in a related disciplinePrevious experience in a service oriented environment; strong client focusExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsVery strong ability to organize and prioritize workTeam Player, able to work in a team environment with shared goals and accountabilitiesHighly degree of attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy on all transactionsStrong research / information gathering / analytical and problem-solving skills

Employee working hours consist of various shifts morning and afternoons.
