As a Telesales Specialist you will be responsible for generating and closing new sales lead, offering technical advice and solutions to enquiring customers, managing the sales needs of small to medium accounts, including marketing and selling products and services to these customers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOverall general and technical knowledge and application of their assigned business area’s product lines and service offeringsExecuting outbound Telesales campaigns, managing assigned leads and opportunities and employing professional selling skills in their sales pursuitManaging customer relationships while recording data generated from these efforts in the customer relations management system (CRM)Actively creating new sales leads and entering both internal and external leadsPromoting/quoting products, services, and solutions to small and medium accountsQualifying Sales leads by assessing need, budget, and buying authorityWhat You Need to SucceedA Bachelor’s degree in engineering is requiredAny combination of customer service, sales or call center related experience is preferredBilingual in French and English is a mustMust be legally entitled to work in CanadaOur Offer to YouMedical, dental, prescription drug, and vision care coverage through Claimsecure, effective the first day of the month after 30 days of employmentAnd, all the usual such as paid time off, short
