As the world’s leading provider of intelligent information, we want your unique perspective to support the solutions that advance our businessand your career.As a Cyber Security Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for defining the scope of the TR’s Common Control Framework program and steering its maturity while adhering to various regulatory frameworks and requirements to include PCIDSS, ISO 27001 & ISO 9001, HIPAA and FedRAMP.

This will include managing control testing across the enterprise including reviewing evidence and liaising with the internal Privacy Office.

The team manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining KPI’s and KRI’s.About the RoleAs a Cyber Security Compliance Manager, you will:Be a Compliance Guru scoping, assessing to external regulations and internal compliance, coordination, test of design & effectiveness, status updates and remediationBe a Team Player ability to work in and manage in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, value diverse ideas, partner with cross functional and remote teamsBe Curious & Innovative continuously update yourself with next generation technology, compliance & regulatory evolution, and contribute to audit development practicesBe an Agile Person with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver solutions against strict timelines.

Contribute to all aspects of internal & external governance, risk & compliance team; design, scoping, testing, documentation, quality assurance and implementationBe an Effective Communicator ability to clearly articulate complex technical compliance issues, and share ideas, participate in peer-reviews, and exhibit strong listening skills.

Work with the product / business owners to translate compliance requirements into actionable stories for implementation.Be a Leader be responsible for performance, reliability and implement changes for improving efficiency of scoping & auditing processes.

Provide technical advice to management and contribute to the technical direction for evolving audit automation processes & requirementsBe a Change Agent lead distributed/remote application development team(s) through all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Mentor/coach technical team members to reinforce best practices, compliance & audit standards, design choices to help develop the overall teamAbout YouYou’re a fit for the role of Cyber Security Compliance Manager, if you have:Audit & Compliance Enthusiasm: You have experience managing a variety of regulatory programs during which you’ve contributed to the construction of scoping, testing, assessing evidence and issue resolution (analysis, testing, and/or project management) via a systematic tool set such as SureCloud, MetricStream, OneTrust, etc.Passion and energy: Because you love what you do, you bring infectious enthusiasm to all your endeavors.

You always perform at your absolute best and see new challenges as an opportunity to contribute, make an impact, and grow.Hands-on compliance / audit manager: Ability and desire to research new auditing trends, compare various options and present a data driven decision to the management chain.Technical Skills:Expert knowledge compliance & audit processes and lifecycleStrong working/hands-on experience with regulations such as SOX404, HIPAA, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 or Payment Card Industry.Compliance framework experience (NIST, COBIT, etc)Experience in auditing in cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP-nice to have)Audit automation/quality best practices knowledge and exposureExperience executing risk assessments & audits via GRC tool setExperience with Compliance Common Control FrameworkAdditional Skills:Leadership experience (leading teams/projects, mentoring/coaching team members)Strong Communication Skills (verbal, written, ability to influence others)Learning Mindset (emerging technical trends, always learning)Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills8 years of IT audit, ideally from Big 5 or other financial services organizationBachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance or related field and/or equivalent work experienceWhat’s in it For You:At Thomson Reuters, our people are our greatest assets.
